Equilibrium Retreats is a boutique fitness retreat program designed for small groups of 10-15 participants. The focus of the retreat is to help participants “release their inner athletes,” an Equilibrium Retreats philosophy of using our natural competitive instincts to help us tap into our physical and psychological potential.
Running from a Friday night to a Sunday afternoon, this intense weekend retreat brings participants together with Lisa Andrews, an ACSM- and CHEK-certified personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience.
