In Lisa, you get a trainer, physical therapist, and coach all in one. In my case, she has continually found new ways to build strength and flexibility, all with the goal of improving posture and elevating performance and endurance in my favorite sports—golf and skiing. Lisa is remarkable at diagnosing physical ailments and understanding your needs.

Besides being a very knowledgeable trainer, Lisa Andrews is a wonderful human being – a joy to work with. She does not subscribe to ‘one size fits all,’ but rather she works with clients at the level they are, designing a program that works best for each individual. Marlene N.

I have been lucky enough to have Lisa as my trainer for almost a decade. She continually is taking courses to maintain herself on the cutting edge of her trade. She is unusually aware and respectful of her clients’ bodies, always pushing us to the next level of strength and fitness yet never implementing exercises that might risk injury. Lisa plans individual routines for every one of her clients, integrating exercises that complement the client’s abilities, exercise routines and lifestyle to create a better and stronger body for each one of her clients. When people say I look fit, I say, “Body by Lisa!” Liz B.
