Under Lisa’s expert training I have accomplished goals I truly never expected to reach. My agility, flexibility and athleticism have improved steadily since I began working with her a number of years ago. I compete twice a week, playing full court basketball, and now after working with Lisa I can do so without the use of ibuprofen and without pain in the knees or anywhere else the day after. My posture continues to improve and I’m convinced that a lifestyle based on fitness is the best way to have a healthy, active and physically-satisfying life beyond the age of 60.
